The Castle of Pinceloup

The Castle of Pinceloup has been built in the municipality of Sonchamp, located in the Yvelines department.
The castle and its outbuildings were built by Eugene Thome, collaborator of Napoleon III, Haussmann and Alphand, creators of Avenue Foch in Paris, died in 1891. With its turrets, its roof of varied elements, the greenhouse, aviary, its cooler, his game, his caretaker's pavilion and its 365 windows, it evokes the luxurious and refined life of the late nineteenth century.
