The Castle of Nantouillet



 


















This edifice of the first French Renaissance, was built for Antoine Duprat, Chancellor of France and cardinal. It has two hotels in Paris: L'Hôtel des Sens and L'Hôtel d'Hercule. For its home fields, he chose Nantouillet. This castle can be built on a feudal basis, occupies an quadrilateral almost square, closed to the west by low buildings with a porch having carriage gate and a pedestrian gate.
