The Castle of Farcheville

































Castle of Farcheville is a French castle located in Bouville, in the former province of Gâtinais in  Essonne department and the Ile-de-France region, forty-seven kilometers south of Paris.
Castle is a fortress Farcheville plain unusual arrangement, and one of the most remarkable Ile-de-France. It includes in particular a large rectangular enclosure surrounded by a moat wet, flanked by corner towers and battlements which are carried by large arches blindfolded third point between the buttresses. In the middle of one side, the entrance opens into the rectangular keep, next to a house dating from the early seventeenth century. "In the absence of excavations inside the enclosure and given restorations, it is not possible to establish a reliable chronology of the construction.
