The Visitables Castles in Seine-Saint-Denis department

The Castle of Saint-Ouen

Montfermeil, the Castle of Cédres
This is Denis Néret, Attorney to the House of Paris which build this castle in 1640. His heirs kept nearly a century after his death. At the time of construction of building, architecture meets the rules of classicism.
The artists of this period, corresponding roughly to the reign of Louis XIII, interpret freely, as in the Renaissance, the ancient Greco-Roman art.
